Project Highlights
Delivery of key elements of the Zayed National Museum, Abu Dhabi, from project inception through to RIBA Stage 4+. We provided both project management and quantity surveying services, with responsibility for the museum pods, the central mound and the VIP Majlis within one of the region’s most significant cultural developments.
The Challenge
The project involved the coordination of multiple design and delivery teams across a highly complex cultural scheme. Managing interfaces between numerous workstreams was critical, while maintaining progress against demanding programme requirements and ensuring alignment across more than 150 stakeholders and project personnel.
Our Solution
We led the project management and commercial management of our work packages from inception through advanced design stages. Through structured coordination, cost control and stakeholder management, we maintained alignment between disciplines, managed key project interfaces and supported decision-making across a large multidisciplinary team.
The Outcome
The museum pods, mound and VIP Majlis packages were successfully progressed through to RIBA Stage 4+, providing a coordinated and deliverable design solution for procurement and construction. Effective management of programme, cost and stakeholder interfaces reduced project risk and supported the successful development of a complex world-class cultural asset.
